London Wedding with red bus, sass and grace real bride

Ginny & Leigh’s Fun-Filled London Wedding

6 February 2019

Our lovely bride Ginny came to us to find the dress that would make her heart soar on her big day. Ginny was used to living in her pilot’s uniform which is about as far away from a wedding dress as you can get. She wanted to feel pretty and feminine on her special day and we thoroughly enjoyed stepping up to the challenge!

Ginny wore Balsam by our celebrated Hong Kong designer Annasul Y. which is full of understated details. From the exquisite lace layered with silk chiffon, to the sparkly, beaded edge which swoops around the train. The pretty capped lace sleeves compliment the look beautifully and give a soft, feminine look. We think Ginny looked fabulous on her day!

Ginny & Leigh’s Fun-Filled London Wedding

Ginny and Leigh married in London and fully embraced their theme with a vintage London bus and traditional black cabs to transport guests from the Registry Office at Mayfair Library, Westminster to the wedding reception at Hawksmoor Guildhall. We absolutely love that this wedding was all about the fun and laughter. These photos by David Coldwell have captured the atmosphere perfectly!

Congratulations Ginny & Leigh!

Some lovely words from Ginny on finding her dress with us:

“My experience with Sass & Grace was perfect. Sam is welcoming, relaxed but at the same time her knowledge & expertise come through softly whilst helping you to choose the dress of your dreams. Sam is organised in a relaxed way, the premises are beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. Dalia (seamstress) is confident, her expertise shone through whilst making suggestions for alterations. The atmosphere & my experience was exactly as wonderful as I expected it to be.”

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Merritt! We wish you many, many happy years together xxx
