Hannah marries Daniel in a one of a kind Lyn Ashworth

We loved working with Hannah to create her one of a kind, bespoke Lyn Ashworth dress. She loved the swishy flowing silk skirts that this designer offers but she wanted something extra special and unique for the perfectly boned bodice. In place of the silk, our talented designer overlaid the bodice with a stunning beaded lace – just perfect for Hannah and her big day!

Hannah on finding ‘the one’:

“I only went to one shop to look at dresses, the beautiful boutique Sass and Grace. I was recommended this boutique by a friend who also bought her wedding dress here. With me I took my mum, sister and niece to give their opinions and help me to choose the perfect dress.  Altogether I tried on six different styles which helped me to choose the style that suited my body shape. I liked one style but I wasn’t too keen on the actual dress, so Sam the owner knew exactly the dress that would suit me so I tried on the seventh dress and it was the one! The service I received made me feel so special as it was very personal.

I knew the dress was “the one” as soon as I saw myself in the mirror, with the flowing silk skirt and the bodice that gave me a small waist. It felt so special. However it needed something to make it extra special so Sam suggested adding a beaded lace to overlay the bodice. This little touch made the dress perfect. I also knew it was the dress when my mum and sister shed a tear or two.”

Hannah’s advice for brides:

“When shopping for your wedding dress I would pick a wedding boutique that has a made to measure service as you’ll have a dress that fits you perfectly for your special day. Go with an idea of what styles you like but don’t get too caught up on these because they might turn out to be completely wrong for your body. Moreover shop at a place that knows what they are doing as I had such a great and easy experience with Sass and Grace as Sam knew what would suit me.”
