Zoe works for Help for Heroes and, not only is she one of the kindest people we’ve ever met, she also has to be one of the most enthusiastic brides we’ve had the pleasure of helping! She also knew exactly what she wanted in her wedding dress. All we had to do was create it for her!
We worked with our very talented designer Lyn Ashworth, on Zoe’s commission. This label allows an incredible amount of customisation for our brides and we are able to create a completley unique and bespoke bridal gown. Zoe was all about the lace. She envisioned a beautifully boned and structured lace bodice on her dress, paired with a full ‘swishy’ circle skirt, also in the same lace.
As Zoe was very specific about her lace bolero, we purchased some of the lace from our designer and our talented seamstress, Dala, then created it to Zoe’s exact requirements.
Zoe, A Vision in Lace with a bespoke Lyn Ashworth design
Wow! We just loved working on Zoe’s stunning dress. We must admit to having a bit of a moment the day she finally got to try it on in our boutique. What a wedding this was going to be!
Here are some lovely words from Zoe:
“Finding my perfect dress was an incredible experience…… in the end! My first experience in a London boutique was not what I was expecting at all. No questions were asked about me, what I was after or what our day looked like. Instead, they brought out a dress that Katie Price would be proud of – not what I was after at all! Then I found the most beautiful boutique, Sass & Grace, run by the most incredible lady, Sam. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone to my final appointment, she was beyond amazing with this picky bride!”
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Ferries, we hope you have many years of love and laughter ahead of you xxx
